It appears as if the Grand Vitara is getting better and better at this off road thing. Recently I came across this video showing off some nice and simple rally style trails with, whats that? A 2 door rolly converted Grand Vitara. Looks like a lot of fun.
Not just one but appears to be a couple new Grand Vitaras out and about on the trails gettin dirty. Check out the video below. looks like some fun.
Suzuki Australia has joined the fight to save two iconic creatures the Black Rhinoceros and the Tasmanian Devil from potential extinction.A donation from every new Grand Vitara and Jimny SUV sold by Suzuki Australia will go to special breeding and protection programs for both species. This has to be one of the most honorable things for a car company to do. I'm glad to see life means more than just sales to Suzuki
This is some older news but still cool to look at. During the 2006 Canada Auto Show, Suzuki was releasing their new 2006 Grand Vitara model and this was one of their showcases. The little cars appear to be slot cars that run on a custom made track that goes all around the vehicle. A cool concept and it looks like it would be a lot of fun to work on a project like this. Click on the photo below and check out the cool video. By looking at the video it looked to be a decent showpiece, lots of viewers. I wonder if we could pick up one of the little cars somewhere. On a similar subject there are a few places that sell die cast models of the Grand Vitara. All of them are based over seas but are available to most places around the world.
